Hacked Website Repair
A one-time incident-response engagement. We investigate the compromise, remove what was left behind, and harden the site before handing it back.

Service
Incident response, not a subscription
This is a single engagement for a site that has already been compromised. It covers investigation, removal and hardening, and finishes with a written summary of what was found.
Ongoing scanning, monitoring and alerting are a separate service. Once a site is clean, we recommend keeping Website Security running so a repeat is caught early.
$149one-time, per site

Process
How a repair runs
- 1
Access and assessment
You provide access; we assess the site and confirm the scope.
- 2
Investigation
Files, database and logs are examined to identify the compromise and entry point.
- 3
Removal
Malicious code, backdoors and unauthorised accounts are removed.
- 4
Hardening and report
The site is hardened, blacklist reviews are requested, and you receive a written summary.
Limitations
What falls outside the scope
Stated up front so expectations are clear before you order.
- Rebuilding a site where no usable files or backups remain
- Redesign, custom development or feature work
- Guaranteeing the timing of third-party blacklist removal
- Ongoing monitoring, which is provided by Website Security
